* Experiencing the human body as a water bag, and put aside the idea of muscle-skelton body.(Noguchi Taiso)

2_arm_rotation.mp4
* Allow the arm to fall free, and rotate. Perceive when the arm falls freely, you are not responsible of the movement as the God of Gravity is.

* Lift your arms very slowly without holding your breath (The palm is facing upward). Allow your elbows extended fully so as to feel some pains and small jerky reactions... Find the most economical way to support your arms upright (with the minimum tension). Percevie the shoulder blade supports the arm weight.
